Meet Coach Benita
Benita Pleasant-Barrozo is the Founder and CEO of Pleasant’s Consulting. As a Leadership Learning and Development professional, Coach Benita has over 20 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering programs, emphasizing organizational effectiveness, leadership development, team building, and project management.
As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she has collaborated with clients for over ten years to help them expand their leadership capabilities, remove barriers, and accomplish their goals.
Her clients include non-profit organizations, Southern California Edison Company, Desert Regional Medical Center Residency Program, Riverside Community College District (RCCD), University of California (UCR) Riverside School of Medicine, and non-profit organizations.
Coach Benita has an MS in Organizational Leadership and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California (USC).
